Shipping/Handling Policy: Credit Card Fraud:
We take credit card very seriously. For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonabale period of time, the order may be canceled.
Please keep in mind that the only way that Fox Jewelry can offer these prices is because we carry very little inventory. Much of the product offered on this site is made or sized to order. This process takes a couple of additional days. Please allow approximately 15-20 working days for delivery of custom made rings. You will be notified by email of the shipping date.
Shipping Charges for packages destined to points outside of the Continental United States and Canada are $50.00 for normal handling. Fox Jewelry is not responsible for any import taxes due on your purchase. The customer must pay for any dues or charges assessed by Customs. Charges for expedited international shipping may be slightly more.
Shipment Delays
While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, an order may be delayed or backordered. If a delay or backorder occurs you will receive notification via email.
If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or backorder, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item(s) has not shipped. If we do not hear from you before we ship the items, we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.
Delivery Confirmation
Buyer specifically agrees that US Postal Service (USPS) Delivery Confirmation and/or Signature Confirmation or United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express confirmation of delivery constitutes irrefutable proof of delivery. In the event that buyer requests that their purchase be delivered to an address other than the billing address of record for the credit card used for the corresponding transaction, buyer agrees to assume all risk and agrees that USPS Delivery Confirmation and/or Signature Confirmation with or without purchasers signature or UPS proof of delivery with or without purchasers signature, shall constitute irrefutable proof of delivery.
