Almost all of our rings are made to size and order. We take a lot of pride in producing a high quality product. Please ensure that you order the correct size. When you order the wrong size, I do not have the ability to return the ring to the original manufacturer because they made it to order and size for Fox Jewelry. Ordering the correct size in the first place will save us all a lot of time and unnecessary expense.
Except as otherwise noted, products may be returned within 15 days of the ship date or within 10 days after the date of delivery for a refund subject to the conditions described below for Defective, Damaged or Non-Defective merchandise. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. While most items are returnable, returns are subject to the following guidelines:
For Defective, Damaged Items.
Your shipping and handling costs will be refunded. For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).
Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
Merchandise must be in its original, unaltered, and undamaged condition with its original packing and accessories intact. Merchandise sized, engraved or changed in anyway to meet the specifications of the customer will be considered altered and not returnable. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.

Returns will not be accepted without a RA number. RA numbers will expire after 10 days, and the item will not be accepted if returned after that time frame. Please include the RA number on the outside of the shipping package. (Please do not write directly on the manufacturer's box).
Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order.
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS, Federal Express or insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method. Please obtain a delivery confirmation. Merchandise must be insured for the amount of purchase when returning to Fox Jewelry
Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by Fox Jewelry. You have two (2) options when returning non-defective merchandise.
A restocking fee equal to 35% with a minimum charge of $75.00 will be deducted from the total amount of the invoice. Your balance will be refunded to you or 65% of the original amount of the invoice will be applied to a new purchase that has a value of at least 25% more than the original purchase price.
Again, these rings are made to order, therefore mistakes in ordering can be expensive. Before placing your order, please ask any questions that you may have relative to size of the ring, quality, enameling etc. Returning a ring because it is larger or smaller than you thought when placing the order is an unnecessary and expensive mistake. Since you have every opportunity to address these kind of questions prior to placing the order, Fox Jewelry is under no obligation to refund the purchase price. Custom made rings such as rings upgraded to 14K Yellow gold or 14K White gold or upgrading from an open back ring to a closed or solid back ring are not returnable. Rings purchased with diamonds are not returnable. Panel style rings whereby the customer chooses the panels to go on the rings are not returnable. I welcome your questions in advance.
